Brick Oven Courtyard Grille is a locally owned company founded by a small group of individuals, which was formed in 2006 as a Limited Liability Corporation.

Brick Oven was a vision of a small group of people who had a desire to provide the casual dining restaurant guest with a higher quality dining experience with outstanding professional service. The group’s goal was to develop a restaurant concept that would be uniquely positioned between the heavily themed casual dining restaurants and the fine dining white tablecloth dinner houses.

The group’s objective was to develop a restaurant that focused on high quality food, outstanding service, and great value to be successful. The Brick Oven concept has an absolute commitment to quality in every aspect of the business. Fresh, high quality, prepared in-house food is the backbone of the concept.

Brick Oven Courtyard Grille is not a cookie cutter concept. The term 'chain restaurant' is synonymous for a restaurant providing low levels of service and inferior food. At Brick Oven we do everything possible to avoid that label. We are a restaurant that is dedicated in providing the best dining experience in our segment of the industry.

The company serves original American cuisine, with an authentic style, taking advantage of our multi-cultural heritage in the development of items for our classic American menu.
